Change of landlord or tenant
The relevant state or territory Act regulates the procedure a landlord must follow when selling premises occupied by a tenant under a tenancy agreement, including how often a landlord may require a tenant to make the premises available for inspection and what to do if a tenant refuses to make the property available for inspection. The relevant state or territory Act also addresses the transfer or subletting of a tenancy agreement by a tenant.
