Abstract:
The daughter of deceased media mogul Reginald Roy Grundy has been refused leave for issue of notice to the deceased's widow to produce documents recording communications with medical practitioners who attended upon deceased. The New South Wales Supreme Court found that there was no legitimate forensic purpose for such notice to produce and was merely a fishing expedition.
