Abstract:
A solicitor who contended to be unlawfully terminated from work for giving out a political opinion has been found to be lawfully terminated. The Federal Court of Australia ruled that the solicitor's termination was due to repeated disobedience of a reasonable direction to cease from criticising the law firm's clients.
