Falzon V Minister For Immigration and Border Protection

High Court of Australia

Judgment Date:
2018-02-07

Abstract:
The High Court of Australia (HCA) has ruled that the evidence found at the offender's house established the offender's intention to sell cannabis, even though such evidence showed other trafficking offences. The HCA held that the cash evidence should be admissible and ordered that the appealed decision should be replaced with an order of dismissal.
