The Federal Court of Australia has ruled in favour of the Australian Bar Association and the New South Wales Bar Association in an infringement proceedings filed by both parties against a Victorian barrister for putting up a social media account and a website offering legal services under several monikers which were found to be deceptively similar to the names and services offered by the complainants.
