Managing the work environment and facilities

The Model Work Health Safety Act 2011 (Cth) and Model Work Health Safety Regulations 2011 (Cth) impose a number of obligations which are relevant to the provision and maintenance of suitable work environments and adequate and accessible facilities in those work environments. This Model Code of Conduct deals with identifying who has duties in relation to the work environment and facilities, what these duties are, and what a person is required to do, in order to comply with those duties.

See Managing the work environment and facilities.

Confined spaces

This Model Code of Practice gives practical guidance on how to identify and manage the risks associated with working in and around confined spaces.

See Confined spaces.
