Abstract:
The Federal Court of Australia (FCA) has granted in part the application for leave to appeal filed by a former staff partner of respondent law firm against an interlocutory judgment of the FCA dismissing his application for the production of some documents. The FCA found that the importance of documents to the case was such that it could be concluded that substantial injustice would be suffered if leave be refused.
