Abstract:
A man who conspired with a convicted murderer to have sex with a dog has been sentenced to a two-year suspended imprisonment and two-year good behaviour bond. Elkaim J accepted the accused's statement that the 'greater likelihood' was that the latter's co-offender would have been the one to perform the bestiality, having already been convicted for past bestiality crimes.
