R V Delander

Supreme Court of Queensland, Court of Appeal

Judgment Date:
2019-04-26

Abstract:
A drug offender who trafficked ice and ecstasy pills has been unsuccessful in his appeal against his sentence of 9 years imprisonment with parole eligibility after four and a half years. The Queensland Court of Appeal found that the sentence did not indicate any misapplication of principle and was not manifestly excessive.
