Abstract:
The Chief of staff of the Office of the Senator the Honourable Michaela Cash, having been called under a subpoena to stand as witness, has been ordered by the Federal Court of Australia (FCA) to give evidence on matters that were subject of his objection. The FCA has found that evidence which was subject of the objection may be important to the resolution of relevant issues and that interest of justice has required that witness provide the evidence.
