The Federal Court of Australia has upheld the decision of Administrative Appeals Tribunal in finding that the employer was liable to pay its employee for the costs of supply and replacement of recommended shoes as part of medical treatment for the injuries suffered by the employee in an accident that arose in the course of his employment.
