Abstract:
The New South Wales Supreme Court (NSWSC) has struck a part of a man's claim on lotteries prize. The NSWSC held that his claims for breach of contract, negligence and restitution were time barred while those claims for misleading and deceptive conduct should not be struck out as a result of a limitation defence only.
