Abstract:
The New South Wales Supreme Court (NSWSC) granted the application of the State of New South Wales for the imposition of an extended supervision order against a dangerous sex offender. The NSWSC found that the offender continued to pose unacceptable risk of committing serious offence against the community, unless supervised.
