Abstract:
The Federal Court of Australia (FCA) has dismissed the application of a union for access to records or documents of Qantas Airways Ltd. The FCA found that the union failed to establish that any of the documents to which access was sought were 'directly relevant' to the suspected contravention of the enterprise agreement.
