Abstract:
The Federal Court of Australia has granted the injunction sought by F. Hoffman-La Roche AG, together with its Australian subsidiary Roche Products Pty Ltd (together Roche), against biosimilar pharmaceutical product of Sandoz Pty Ltd (Sandoz). Roche sought to restrain Sandoz from making or selling a biosimilar medicine that would infringe five claims of four patents that belonged to Roche.
