Abstract:
The Federal Court of Australia Full Court (FCAFC) has dismissed the application for judicial review commenced by an operator of electricity distribution network in relation to its submitted regulatory proposal. The FCAFC found that the tribunal did not commit errors in the determination of cost of corporate income tax (gamma), return on debt and forecast labour cost escalation.
