Abstract:
A man stabbed the victim from behind and inflicted life-threatening stab wounds in the head and neck region and to the left side of the chest. The Supreme Court of Victoria Court of Appeal has found that the jury was entitled to be satisfied beyond reasonable doubt about the man's guilt of the charge of attempted murder.
