A man charged with murder of his friend was found to be unfit to be tried by the New South Wales Supreme Court (NSWSC). The NSWSC has ordered that the man be referred to the Mental Health Review Tribunal for a determination under (NSW) Mental Health (Forensic Provisions) Act 1990 s 16.
