Abstract:
A young man was sentenced by the Supreme Court of Australian Capital Territory to 3 years' imprisonment (non-parole 2 years 6 months) for having been convicted of the charge of arson. The CCTV footage showed that the convict broke the rear door of the cafe, tipped petrol through the hole and set the establishment on fire. The fire caused extensive damage upon the cafe.
