Abstract:
The Federal Court of Australia (FCA) has dismissed the appeal of a pensioner against the decision of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia rejecting her application for claim for disability support pension (DSP). The FCA found that pensioner was required to actively participate in a 'program of support' to be eligible for DSP.
