Abstract: The New South Wales Supreme Court (NSWSC) has found that the relationship between the applicant and the deceased was relatively exceptional, close and enduring and was such as to support the deceased's rational decision leave the whole of her estate to the applicant. Hence, the NSWSC has granted the probate of the deceased's second will.
